I can help you relieve these feelings through my integrative approach – be it meditation, practical strategies, or breathing and relaxation work. My integrative approach will use a range of strategies at the same time, giving you beneficial tools to use at home and at work.
Together, we can address flight/fight behaviours, and the management of stress triggers such as work, finances, relationships, caring for others, bereavement and loss, fraud and theft; helping to put you back on track and able to cope.
