Group Work – Art Therapy
Do you want to be visually creative without judgement? You may have poor memories of Art at school but loved the activity. You might want to express yourself in drawing and painting freely without fear.
I can also provide Art Therapy workshops for small groups with all materials provided in any well-lit, warm, public or private venue.
It can also help you see things from a different perspective, communicate non-verbal thoughts and ideas and improve your communication skills with others in a safe and supportive environment.
